What is the minimum and maximum top-up amount for Carte Amis?

 

The minimum top-up amount for Carte Amis is S$100. You may select any custom value from S$100 up to S$10,000 per top-up, to the nearest cent.

 

How will the value in Carte Amis be deducted?

The value in your Carte Amis will be deducted based on the exact amount you choose to pay, down to the nearest cent. Only one QR code will be generated per transaction, making payment and billing more seamless and convenient.

 

Do I need an account to purchase Carte Amis? 

 

Yes, you will require an account to purchase and access your Carte Amis securely.

 

Is it necessary to verify my email?

 

Yes, verifying your email ensures Carte Amis is sent to the correct address, reducing the risk of fraud. It also confirms that you can receive the digital card, safeguarding both Les Amis Group and yourself. Additionally, it ensures you receive the necessary receipt and transaction confirmation.

What payment modes could I use to purchase Carte Amis?

 

The accepted modes of payment are Visa and Mastercard.

 

How do I access Carte Amis that is gifted to me by someone else?

 

You will receive an email with a personalised message and a link to access your digital card. You can also view all your digital cards after registering/signing in to your account. 

 

Can I share the Carte Amis purchased for myself with someone else?

 

Yes, you can share your purchased digital card through two methods. Choose the digital card that you would like to share and:

 

Method 1:

Choose “Share by Forwarding”. This sends the digital card to your designated recipient and places the ownership of the digital card under the recipient.

 

Method 2:

Choose “Share by URL”. The ownership of the digital card still belongs to you, but anyone with the URL will be able to access the value stored within the digital card.

 

Will my Carte Amis expire?

 

Yes, the value stored in Carte Amis will expire 12 months from the date of purchase. The validity period is automatically renewed with each top-up, and the new expiry date will be 12 months from the date of your latest top-up.

 

How do I use my Carte Amis at a participating outlet?

 

To make a payment using Carte Amis, simply select Carte Amis in your account and allow the staff to key in the outlet code. Next, enter the amount you wish to pay, and a QR code will be generated. Present this QR code to the staff, who will scan it to complete the redemption.

 

What if my Carte Amis balance is less than my bill amount?

 

If your Carte Amis balance is lower than the total bill, you may choose to use the remaining balance first. The outstanding amount can then be settled using cash or credit card at the outlet.

 

Which participating outlets can I use my Carte Amis at?

 

You may use your Carte Amis at all concepts under Les Amis Group. For full details, please visit our participating outlets.

 

Note: Existing E-vouchers are not accepted at Les Amis Restaurant, Sushi Ryujin, or Unagi Yondaime Kikukawa.

 

Can I use this my Carte Amis with other promotions or partners' discounts?

 

No, this digital card is not valid in conjunction with other discounts, promotions, vouchers or partners’ privileges.

 

Why is there an account or transaction limit?

 

The limit is set for our internal control purposes.

 

 

EXISTING E-VOUCHER HOLDERS

 

How do I check my e-voucher's validity?

 

Select [My Balance] on the home page. The expiry date is displayed directly next to each voucher. Please ensure you utilise your vouchers before this date, as we are unable to grant extensions.

 

Which participating outlets can I use my e-vouchers at?

 

You may redeem your Les Amis Group E-Vouchers at all concepts under Les Amis Group EXCEPT Les Amis Restaurant and UNAGI Yondaime Kikukawa. Please find the list of participating outlets here.

 

How do I access my e-vouchers gifted to me by someone else?

 

You will receive an email with a personalised message and a link to access your e-voucher. You can also view all your e-vouchers after registering/signing in to your account. 

 

Can I redeem multiple e-vouchers at once?

 

Yes, you can redeem multiple e-vouchers at once.
